Michael’s 15 years in the casino business has taken him throughout the Southern and Eastern United States, to the Bahamas and now to the role of Director of Player Development at Red Hawk Casino in Northern California. His experience is impressive, with the management of a variety of casino marketing and player development programs leading his resume. Additional accolades include being part of the casino host department voted "Best Hosts" on the Gulf Coast by Casino Player magazine in 2008 and an MBA from the University of Memphis.
Robert joins Red Hawk Casino with over twenty years of experience in the gaming industry. His roles have included positions within Casino Marketing such as Casino Credit, Hotel and Casino policies and Customer Development in which he coordinated special events, convention services and tours. Robert has worked in both the Lake Tahoe and Las Vegas markets, and looks forward to applying this knowledge to his new position in Northern California. Robert is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
Providing above-and-beyond guest service is a trait that comes naturally to Robyn. Before coming to Red Hawk, Robyn excelled in her position as Executive Casino Host at Thunder Valley Casino, holding similar positions at gaming companies throughout Nevada. Robyn’s past event coordination experience makes her a master of details which is keenly appreciated by Red Hawk’s guests. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Iowa.
Charles hails from Las Vegas, Nevada where his career focused on creating the ultimate experience for his guests. Working for major Las Vegas resorts, Charles’ responsibilities included international sales, creating and planning weekends for guests, as well as aiding in new resort openings — all of which prepares him nicely for his role at Red Hawk Casino. Charles attended UNLV.
Fluency in Vietnamese has propelled Stephanie Nguyen to provide first-class service to gaming guests at Cache Creek Casino Resort for seven years and continues to serve both her and her guests very well at Red Hawk Casino. At the heart of Stephanie’s guest service philosophy is establishing relationships through consistent personal contact. Her high energy level is infectious and adored by her clients.
Daniel understands what it is to be a casino host; it is a role that is familiar to him. He has worked in the industry for over a decade in places like Lake Tahoe and Laughlin in player development. His understanding means that he focuses on the guest and offers innovative and fun ways to entertain.
Nelson has 17 years casino industry experience and has worked for several well known casinos in Atlantic City, Connecticut, Las Vegas, Palm Springs and San Diego. Nelson recently provided his talents in Asian Marketing and player development in San Diego before his arrival at Red Hawk Casino. Nelson speaks Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin.
