As a community partner, it is Red Hawk Casino’s goal to assist in providing a better quality of life for those in and around our community. In an effort to better serve your request, please fill out the following application to determine eligibility. Those inquiries that meet Red Hawk Casino’s sponsorship/donation criteria will be evaluated by the Donation Committee. All requests must be submitted 60 days in advance to be eligible for consideration.

Guidelines for Sponsorship

Red Hawk Casino is committed to supporting local community and regional organizations. Sponsorships will be reviewed individually. Primary consideration will be given to local, marketing related sponsorship opportunities. Please note that approved sponsorship does not necessarily guarantee future support. Please review the guidelines carefully to ensure your request meets our requirements prior to submission. Proposals that do not contain all of the required information shall not be reviewed. If you believe any of the information required in the application is not relevant to your organization, please briefly explain why.

Decision Process

The decision process for sponsorships may take up to 45 days. Our decisions are determined by the opportunities presented, the overall impact of our contribution and any other sponsorship commitments we may have.

The Donation Committee will respond by phone or email to those requests that are granted. A written correspondence will be sent in response to those requests we are unable to fulfill.

Due to the volume of requests, we regret that we are unable to provide status reports, hold meetings with individual groups regarding requests or provide explanations for denying requests.
